Building on the success of the Moulding Sander, the Moulding MASTER profile sander offers enhanced features for small to medium production shops, providing efficiency without sacrificing quality. Whether you’re sanding hardwood, softwood, or even rough-sawn lumber, this sander ensures smooth results without losing saw marks, making it ideal for both in-between coat sanding and final touches.
Key Features:
- Sands a Variety of Materials: Handles hardwood, softwood, primer, and rough-sawn lumber, preserving detail.
- Sanding Heads: Comes with Klingspor's flexible j-flex sanding heads, available in multiple grits (80g, 120g, 180g, 220g, 320g) for easy interchangeability.
- 10,000 Linear Feet per Head: Each sanding head lasts for approximately 10,000 linear feet.
- Multiple Grit Options: Choose from one solid grit (12"), two grits (5.75" each), or three grits (3.5" each) per sanding head. Additional heads are available for easy grit changes as are Sandpaper refills when the head wears out.
- Wider Capacity: Sands up to 12” wide (compared to 7” with the Moulding Sander).
- Fully Adjustable: Adjustable up and down, and can tilt up to a 15-degree angle for sanding tapered crown moulding.
- Durable Construction: Enclosed in a solid steel box with a viewing window and nylon brushes for dust removal.
- Compatibility: Adjustable rail guides and compatibility with most power feeders.
