ProComfort Roughing Gouges - Lathe Tools

The ProComfort Series is and exclusive collection of woodturning tools that blend professional-grade performance with ergonomic design. Developed in collaboration with ergonomics experts at Sheffield Hallam University and handmade in our UK factory, ProComfort turning tools reduce fatigue and require significantly less gripping power than standard handles, ensuring comfort and control for both seasoned professionals and those new to woodturning.

Designed for use between lathe centres on parallel grain, the deep and wide flutes of the Record Power spindle roughing gouges remove material with speed. Ideal for roughing out spindle blanks but they can also be useful for some finer work.
