Latest COVID 19 Update  - As of March 23, '22 

 Please read carefully so you understand how these changes may effect you.

1. Our Showroom is fully OPEN & drops ins are welcome BUT if you'd like to guarantee time with Ethan we strongly recommend making an appointment before coming.    Masks are optional.  We respect your choice to wear a mask and will gladly wear masks too should you request it.  Open 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.

2. We understand that some people are not currently comfortable coming inside.  If you prefer to do business outside in the great outdoors this is no problem!  Outdoor demos, conversations and sales are welcome - please make an appointment so we can be prepared for your visit.

3.  Contactless curbside pick-up is available!  Let us know if you'd like to pick-up your pre-paid order out front and we'd be happy to oblige. Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

*ONLINE ORDERS - If placing an order to be shipped, we ask that you do so with an extra measure of patience.  We are working as quickly as we can to fulfill orders during this unusual time.  We are finding that our suppliers & couriers are moving slower than usual and shipments are taking longer than normal to arrive. We also face potential, sudden staff shortages due to isolating or ill employees. We encourage you to place orders well in advance in order to avoid downtime in your shop.  All couriers and trucking companies have removed time guarantees- place orders with the expectation of delay.  No refunds on shipping costs when shipments are deemed "late".

 

Despite the long list of challenges this pandemic has thrown at us, we will continue to forge ahead. Thank you for your patience will us as we navigate these crazy times.
