BladeLock Bandsaw Guide Insert

The BladeLock Bandsaw Guide Insert replaces your tradition bandsaw table insert with, you guessed it, blade guides! The guides on the BladeLock sit directly below the workpiece offering unparalleled blade support while still acting as a traditional zero clearance insert.

The BladeLock body is made from a carbon fiber/polyester blend making for a very durable and flat table surface.  The Lock Blocks are made of graphite impregnated phenolic offering excellent wear resistance, dry blade lubrication and soft enough blade teeth remain undamaged. All hardware used is stainless steel to prevent corrosion even when using green wood.

The BladeLock Insert includes adjustment screws to fit tune the level to your table. Once adjusted a simple locking screw can be set at the back. Dust collection holes prevent the build up on dust on the table top. Designed to fit all blade sizes and teeth patterns. Some blades teeth will cut into the Lock Block as designed. Replacement Lock Blocks are available for purchase separately.
